Our service includes everything from helping with the floor plan, looking at the proposed building site, developing final plans, assisting with financing, coordinating all sub-contractors and deliveries. We also allow our customers to participate in as much or as little of the construction process as they desire. We use local plan services that are familiar with local codes and conditiions. We can get a home started and completed months before the typical log kit.
